I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and treasure the wild beauty and pioneering spirit of Oregon. Tampa, Florida, is now the place I call home, together with my wife Cammie and our four kids - Bella, Holland, Olivia and Jude. Tampa is a wonderful city rich with history, full of incredible people, and alive with a little pirate energy that makes me smile. 

I am the founder of VUVIVO Ministries where I get to be part of an incredible team learning what it means to share the life and beauty of the gospel with the world. As the host of LAB: The Podcast and the Wayfarer Podcast, I enjoying sharing time with amazing people and I spend my Sunday nights pastoring VUVIVO’s chapel community in South Tampa.

I'm also the author of Now I See: An Invitation to Life to the Full. My friend Rebeccas Sandberg and I spent a few years exploring my deep conviction that human flourishing is relational, not circumstantial. We are creatures most alive enjoying life and love with God and other people. For the last 19 years I’ve been helping people give life to those words and to do it together. 

Like you, there are layers to the story but at the end of the day I am just a guy who loves Jesus and wants to enjoy life looking to Him, more like Him and with Him into the world he loves.
